Hi I'm Chris and I'm a landlord in Hull

It wasn't our original intention to go into property management. I've owned properties for over 35 years and in the early days, we used agents to look after them. Some were good but also a lot were very bad and so we decided to manage the properties ourselves.

In the beginning we made all the mistakes you could make and I think it's learning from those hard knock experiences that has given us the confidence to say yes to other landlords wanting to benefit from our expertise.

Hello I'm Gina and I deal with the overseeing of all areas of the business.

I ensure that the property meets our standards before it is let to a tenant and that it yields the best return. If there is an improvement to be made then it can only benefit the tenant as well as the property owner.

I also specialise in the compliance of the properties, and liaise with owners and potential investors on refurbishing properties to comply with local housing regulations.

I'm Steve and I deal with all maintenance issues

I liaise with landlords and tenants to arrange all necessary works. I assess works, get the best prices and ensure the quality is right for the job required.

I am also the first line maintenance man, so I am equipped to deal with a lot of issues straight away rather than having to wait to book the job in with a third party.

Hello I'm Jayne and I'm the first point of contact.

I joined the Let's Rent team in 2023. I currently deal with all tenant enquiries and referencing. I ensure that all properties are upto date in terms of tenancy and any vacancies are advertised through the right channels.

I also assist Gina with property inspections so that I can keep our landlords up to date with the status of their properties.
