I first came across Lets Rent when researching investment property in Hull about 3 years ago. Chris was a huge help in us securing the property we really wanted. Chris and Gina gave us valuable advice during the renovation process and since then have let and managed the property. The whole team are brilliant, really knowledgable, trustworthy, efficient and also genuinely nice people (which I personally really value). We have rental properties elsewhere in the country and just wish they were also managed by Let's Rent! They are by far the best agents we've ever used and I'd highly recommend them.

After having endured negative experiences with other letting agents I have nothing but praise for the Let's Rent operation. They're a super friendly bunch of people - Gina, Steve, Chris, Jane are all outstanding - but are also highly efficient: they secure great tenants and offer the highest service levels on the maintenance side too. I firmly believe they're the best letting agent in Hull and I can't recommend them highly enough.
